Buying and Selling
We deal with all aspects of buying, selling or owning your own home and aim to make the process as painless as possible.
We also cover housing association work and shared ownership. Our rates are extremely competitive and we will be pleased to give a fixed price quote on the telephone followed by a written quotation if requested. At the end of the day, unless there are very special circumstances, the price that you have been quoted, is the price that you will pay.
When you instruct us you do so safe in the knowledge that we do not charge separately (unlike some of our competitors) for acting for the lender on your mortgage. Our prices include telephone calls, postage, petty incidentals, photocopying, a contribution to professional indemnity insurance, preparing and filing the stamp duty land tax return, document and deed storage, verification of identity as required by statute, or if you require a short period of time between exchange and completion.
We also act for leaseholders in connection with the purchase of the freehold reversion of their premises and advise both landlord and tenant of their rights of first refusal under the relevant legislation.
