In the case of a residential tenancy, so often the correct procedures are not followed when trying to evict tenants, either by agents acting beyond their knowledge, or landlords not certain of what to do. This can lead to costly delays for a landlord, or alternatively tenants are faced with ineffective notices. Either way we are here to advise from the start to ensure the correct procedure is followed, and deal with the court proceedings where required.

In relation to commercial leases, we can also advise regarding the termination of your lease, the effectiveness of a break clause, and the recovery of unpaid rent, or service charges. We can also issue court proceedings, where necessary.

We offer an initial fixed fee interview at a rate of £150.00 plus VAT (£180.00 in total) for up to an hour's advice.
